Parking
Your host Lyndsay can direct you to the free on-street parking, which is around 3-4 minutes walk from the property. 

By train and bus
The nearest train station is Brighton, which has great connections from London and across the south east. From Brighton Station, you can catch the 12, 12A, 12X, 13X, 14, or 27 - all go directly to Rottingdean and between them run very frequently (every few minutes during the day). The journey takes around 20 minutes. Get off at Rottingdean White Horses stop — Smugglers Retreat is right there on West Street, just a few steps away. There's also an N12 night bus if you're arriving late. You can pay with contactless on the bus, or use the Brighton & Hove Buses app for live times and slightly cheaper fares.

By taxi
A taxi from Brighton Station takes around 15 minutes and is probably easiest if you've got lots of luggage. Uber works well in Brighton, or your driver will know Rottingdean easily.
